摘要
利用fisher判别分析(FDA)法对起重机进行安全评价,根据门式起重机的特点,以大车运行机构、小车运行机构、起升机构、安全装置、金属结构及电气系统等的安全状况为安全评价指标体系,建立了基于FDA的门式起重机安全评价模型。利用该模型对3个待测样本的评价结果与BP神经网络评价结论一致,与实际相吻合。研究表明:该方法能够应用于起重机的安全评价。
The safety evaluation is performed on the crane with fisher discriminance and analysis method (FDA) . Based on the characteristics of gantry cranes, the safety conditions of the crane travelling mechanism, trolley travelling mechanism, lifting mechanism, safety devices, metal structure, and electrical system form the safety evaluation index sys- tem. The FDA-based gantry crane safety evaluation model is developed to evaluate three samples, and the result is consistent with the evaluation conclusion of the BP neural network, matching with the actual situation. It's indicated that the method is applicable to safety evaluation for the crane.
