介绍了几种控制方式的中位操作机构,通过对比提出了一种机械控制的中位操作机构。提出了在中位操作机构中根据推位软轴远程控制多路阀的工作原理,利用CAD建立结构实体模型,分析了该机构的结构设计和特点。该机构设计合理,工作可靠,操作灵活,具有很强的实用性。为进一步在随车起重机中位操作机构上的推广提供理论和实际依据。
The paper introduces the meso-position operating mechanism of several control methods, puts forward a mechanically controlled meso-position operating mechanism through comparison, describes the working principle of the remote control multi-tandem valve using the push-pull cable in the mechanism, and analyzes its structural design and features with the structural solid model in CAD. The mechanism is of proper design, "reliable performance, flexible operation, and powerful practicability, providing theoretic and practical basis for the application in the meso-position operating mechanism of the lorry-mounted crane.
