摘要
货叉根部是应力最大的部位,折叠货叉根部可旋转折叠,对材料和结构提出了更高要求。本文研究了折叠货叉连接件参数间的关系及受力情况,以结论为依据对5 t叉车折叠货叉连接件进行了设计,设计结果满足标准规定安全系数不小于3的要求,为折叠货叉的设计提供了参考。
The root of the fork is the part bearing the largest stress, and the folded fork is provided with rotating folding function at the root, providing higher requirements on the material and structures. The paper studies the relation between parameters of connecting pieces of the folded fork and their load-bearing conditions, and designs the connecting piece of folded fork of 5t forklift based on the conclusions. Such design meets the requirement that the safety coefficient be no less than 3 as specified in the national standard, providing reference for the design of the folded fork.
