摘要
针对负载敏感液压系统的结构特点、反馈机制和工作原理,利用AMESim实现了对负载敏感液压系统的仿真实验,揭示了基于负载反馈的变负载恒流量控制、变流量恒压力控制、恒功率自适应控制伺服控制系统的运行规律,仿真结果与负载反馈机制相符合。
In view of the structural feature, feedback mechanism, and working principle of the load sensitivity hydraulic system, simulation test is performed on the load sensitive hydraulic system with AMESim to work out the operation rule of the servo control system regarding variable-load constant-flow control, variable-flow constant-pressure control, and constant-power self-adaptive control based on load feedback, and the simulation result is consistent with the load feedback mechanism.
