摘要
采用振动台试验来研究岸边集装箱起重机结构地震反应和破坏机理,受到振动台设备能力的限制,仅能进行缩尺模型的模拟地震试验研究。结合岸边集装箱起重机结构的自身特点及试验的侧重方向,以某岸边集装箱起重机结构为原型,进行相似模型设计制造并进行振动试验,运用Abaqus对原型和模型进行地震响应的时程分析,将原型与模型频率以及测试点的加速度、位移响应进行比较分析,结果显示振动台-模型试验可在一定范围内真实地反映研究原型结构的地震响应。试验验证了岸边集装箱起重机动力模型的准确性,也为其结构地震试验研究提供了参考。
The shaking table test is performed to study the seismic response and failure mechanism of the quayside container crane. Limited by the capacity of the shaking table equipment, only the scale model can be used in the seismic test simulation. Considering the characteristics of the quayside container crane and test emphasis, certain quayside container crane is taken as the prototype to design and produce the similar model and perform vibration test. The time-procedure analysis of seismic response is performed on both prototype and model with Abaqus, and the frequency between prototype and model, accelerated speed and displacement response of the measuring points are analyzed and compared. It's found that the shaking table-model test can truly reflect the seismic response of the prototype structure within certain range, verify the accurateness of dynamic model of the quayside container crane, and give reference to studies on the structural seismic test.
