带滑动摩擦阻力液压千斤顶系统力值校准的试验研究

摘要 由于密封防泄漏的需要,液压千斤顶缸体间通常设置密封装置。在千斤顶缸体行进过程中,密封装置会对缸体产生一定的滑动摩擦阻力。千斤顶的输出力值通常通过测量输入液压值确定,而滑动摩擦阻力会影响输入液压值与输出力值的关系。千斤顶系统的传统力值校准方式是在刚性框架内进行,这种校准方式很难体现出摩擦阻力的影响。文中提出一种新的千斤顶系统力值校准方式,增设可大变形垫块和视频监控录制读数系统,可有效反映滑动摩擦阻力对力值校准的影响,同时显著减小人工读数偏差,具有较高的实用参考价值。 Considering the requirement on leakage proof, the seal!ng device is set in the hydraulic jack cylinder. During the movement of the jack cylinder, the sealing device will cause certain sliding friction resistance to the cylinder. Output force value of the jack is usually determiried by measuring the input hydraulic value. The sliding friction resistance will affect the relation between the input hydraulic value and output force value. The traditional method to calibrate the force value of the jack system is performed within the rigid joint steel frame, and such method can hardly reflect the effect of the frictional resistance. The paper puts forward a new method to calibrate the force-value of the jack system, which adds variable-size deformation cushion block and video monitoring recording and reading system. The new method can effectively reflect the effect of sliding frictional resistance on calibration of the force value, significantly reduce the deviation of manual reading, and provide reference to practical use.
