摘要
针对卸船机故障的不确定性,以浙能六横煤电码头卸船机为研究对象,分析归纳桥式抓斗卸船机的常见故障及处理方法,建立知识库。在传统专家系统的基础上采用模糊Petri网建模来表示知识并通过逻辑推理进行故障诊断。选用Visual Basic6.0及关系数据库Microsoft Access,开发了卸船机故障诊断查询专家系统,用户通过观察故障现象及人机交互即可对卸船机常见故障进行初步诊断,具有一定的实用性。
In view of uncertainty of the fault of the ship unloader, the paper takes the ship unloader at Zheneng Liuheng Coal Wharf as the study object, analyzes and summarizes common faults and handling method for the bridge grab ship unloader to build a knowledge base. The fuzzy Petri network modeling is used to define the knowledge based on the traditional expert system, and logical reasoning is adopted for fault diagnosis, Visual Basic6, 0 and relation database Microsoft Access are adopted to develop the ship unloader fault diagnosis expert inquire system, so that the user can make initial diagnosis for common faults of the ship unloader by observing the fault phenomenon and man-machine interaction. The system can be used in practice.
