摘要
目的 :探讨颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱治疗糖尿病视网膜病变致黄斑水肿的疗效。方法 :选取糖尿病视网膜病变致黄斑水肿患者114例,参照门诊号随机将其分为两组,对照组56例56眼,采用常规治疗,研究组58例58眼,在对照组基础上采用颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱注射液治疗。治疗前与治疗后30 d分别测定最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、振荡电位(Ops)、对比敏感度(CS)。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 :研究组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前,两组患者BCVA、OPs、(1.5,3.0,6.0,12.0,18.0周/度)CS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组上述指标明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :颞浅动脉旁皮下注射复方樟柳碱治疗糖尿病视网膜病变致黄斑水肿的疗效显著,可改善视觉功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of the subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine hydrobromide at superficial temporal artery side for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy-induced macular edema. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients with diabetic retinopathy-induced macular edema were selected and randomly divided into a study group (n=58 with 58 eyes) and a control group (n=56 with 56 eyes) according to out-patient number. The study group was additionally treated with the subcutaneous injection of compound anisodine injection at superficial temporal artery side besides a conventional treatment used in the control group. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), the oscillatory potential (OPs) and the contrast sensitivity (CS) were measured before treatment and 30 days after and the results were compared between two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. A comparison of the indexes mentioned above showed no statistical significance (P〈0.05) before treatment while those indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (/〈0.05) after treatment. A comparison of the incidence of complications between two groups showed no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The therapy used in the study group possesses a significant efficacy for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy-induces macular edema, is helpful in the improvement of the visual ffmction and worthy of clinical application.
