摘要
分析了空气分配器体的模锻工艺性,通过优化模锻工艺、新增与优化设计锻模预锻模膛以及改进终锻模膛的结构与尺寸,可将模锻件合格品率由原不足95%提高到现在的98%,提高锻模使用寿命至少1倍,达到了优质、高效和低耗的效果。
This paper analyses the die forging manufacturability of air distributor forging die, die forgings qualified products rate is increased from 95% to 98%, doubled the service life of forging die by optimize the die forging technological and adding and optimizing the blocking impression and improving the structure and size of finishing impression, achieve the effects of high quality, high efficiency and low consumption.
