摘要
采用Archard磨损模型,对花键挤压凹模的磨损进行初探,分析了在花键一次成形过程中,模具初始硬度对于模具磨损的的影响,得出模具初始硬度与模具磨损的曲线关系。模拟结果表明凹模花键过渡区磨损较其他区域剧烈。可依据结果,有的放矢地针对模具做相关改进、处理以提高模具使用寿命。
The wear characteristics of the spline die were discussed by using Archard wear model and DEFORM-3D based on the extruding die, the influence of the initial hardness of the die on the die wear characteristics was analysed during the process of forming, the relationship between the initial hardness of the die and the die wear characteristics was obtained. Simulation results show that the wear depth in transition region is more severe than the other regions. Specific improvement and treatment can be made to enhance the life of die according to the results.
