A Non-enzymatic Hydrogen Peroxide Sensor Based on Graphene Nanoribbons

摘要 基于石墨烯纳米带(GNRs)修饰玻碳电极(GCE)开发了一种新型非酶电化学过氧化氢(H_2O_2)传感器。GNRs通过直接氧化碳纳米管(CNTs)获得。电化学表征得知,GNRs/GCE对H2O2具有较好的电催化能力;实验还对影响H2O2检测性能的各种参数,包括p H值和工作电位等进行了探讨。在最佳实验条件下,GNRs/GC电极对H_2O_2响应的线性范围为5~1500μM,检测限可达0.5μM(S/N=3)。 A novel non-enzymatic hydrogen peroxide( H_2O_2) sensor based on the graphene nanoribbons( GNRs)modified glassy carbon electrode( GCE) was developed. The GNRs were prepared from direct oxidate of carbon nanotubes( CNTs). The results showed that the GNRs/GCE exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward H_2O_2. Optimization of measurement parameters such as the p H value and applied potential were studied in detail. Under the optimum conditions,the calibration curve for H_2O_2 determination was linear in the range from 5 to 1500 μM with a detection limit of 0. 5 μM( S / N = 3).
