摘要 以玉米淀粉、硫酸铝和硫酸亚铁为原料制备铁铝基淀粉复合絮凝剂。以高岭土浊水的浊度去除率为评价指标,通过单因素试验考察了淀粉加入量、反应温度和反应时间对复合絮凝剂絮凝性能的影响。在此基础上,设计正交试验确定复合絮凝剂的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:淀粉用量为1.5 g,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为70℃时,絮凝性能最佳,浊度去除率达到95%。 Ferrous-aluminum-based starch composite flocculants were prepared using corn starch,aluminum sulfate and ferrous sulfate as raw materials. The effects of the dosage of starch,reaction time and temperature on the flocculent performance of the composite flocculants were investigated by single factor test which using the turbidity removal ratio of kaolin suspend solution as evaluation index. Then orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimal preparation process. The results showed that the turbidity removal ratio can reach 95% when the dosage of starch was 1. 5 g,reaction time was 4 h,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,corresponding to the best flocculent performance.
