摘要 以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,以环丙沙星为模板分子,采用悬浮聚合的方法合成分子印迹聚合物,并用傅里叶红外仪、扫描电镜对聚合物进行了表征。运用平衡结合实验研究了印迹聚合物的吸附特性和选择识别能力。结果表明:在10~250 mg/L的浓度范围内,聚合物中存在两种不同结合位点,一类为特异性吸附,另一类为非特异性吸附静态吸附,经计算它们的离解常数分别为Kd1=2.04 mg/L,Kd2=4.29 mg/L;分配系数KD为3.18,分离因子α为3.61。可用于环丙沙星药物的分析与分离。 Molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by the suspension polymerization method using methyl acrylic acid as a functional monomer and ciprofloxacin as a temple. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the polymer. The adsorption characteristics and selective recognition ability of the imprinted polymer were studied by using the equilibrium binding experiments. The results showed that in the concentration range of 10 ~ 250 mg / L there were two different kinds of binding sites in the polymer,one for the specific adsorption,the other for non-specific adsorption. Their dissociation constants were calculated to be Kd1= 2. 04 mg / L,Kd2= 4. 29 mg / L.The distribution coefficient KDwas 3. 18 and the separation factor was 3. 61.
