微波诱导氧化连续化处理皂化废水的研究

摘要 生产环氧氯丙烷产生的皂化废水,碱度高,属于高盐有机废水,处理难度大。本文在已经确定的活性炭/钢渣吸附-微波诱导氧化最佳工艺:废水∶活性炭∶钢渣用量固液比为20∶1∶1,微波辐射功率为850 W,加热温度为100℃,加热时间为25 min,p H值为13。在此基础上对皂化废水进行连续处理,比较了Na OH和凝絮剂处理废水的效果,考查了最佳条件下床层高度和流速对处理效果的影响。 Epichlorohydrin saponification wastewater which has many problems,such as high alkalinity and high salinity,is difficult to treat. Saponification wastewater continuous treatment was studied based on the optimal conditions:microwave radiation time was 25 min,radiation power was 850 W,p H was 13,wastewater ∶ activated carbon ∶ slag =20∶1∶1. The treatment efficiency of Na OH and flocculent was compared. The effective factors,such as height of bed layer,velocity of flow,were studied.
