西安浐灞生态区生态建设指标体系研究

Research on Ecological Construction Indicator System of Xi'an Chanba Ecological District

在结合国家建设生态区的要求、西安市浐灞生态区的建设特色及建设现代化生态新城发展目标,从生态功能、环境保护与建设、人口社会经济及组织管理等四方面,创新性的提出了一套适合城市生态型新区建设的、具有较强操作性的指标体系。创建的指标体系已通过了国家环境保护部的技术审核,目前设立的22项指标已全部达标,并通过了国家环境保护部的考核验收。

Combining the requirements of constructing national ecological district,the construction features of Xi＇an Chanba Ecological District and the development goals of constructing modern eco city,suitable and operable new urban ecological district construction indicator system creatively was discussed,by considering from four aspects,which were ecological function, environment protection and construction, population and social economy, and management of organization. This indicator system had passed the technical audit,examination and acceptance of State Environmental Protection Department of the People＇s Republic of China. At present,the 22 indicators which established by it have all reached the standard.
