摘要 限流孔板作为特殊的管道附件,具有结构简单、易加工、制造成本低、安装方便等优点。它对于管道流量以及压力有很好的限制作用,因此对其孔径的计算有一定的精度要求。本文利用限流孔板常用的计算分析方法,对石油化工品装车过程中限流孔板的孔径经行计算,并结合相关CFD流场分析软件对选取孔径下的孔板进行模拟分析,从而验证孔径的选取是否合理,对设计工作具有借鉴意义。 Restriction Orifice is a special piping accessory. It is simply structured,easily made,low cost and easily installed. It is used to restrain flow and pressure. And the accuracy of its diameter is very important. A normal method was used to calculate the diameter of the orifice in the loading and offloading process. A CFD software was used to simulate the flow field of the orifice to make sure if the diameter was reasonable. This work is significant in the design work.
