校企合作人才培养示范基地建设内容研究

Study on Construction Content of Talent Training Demonstrative Base on School Enterprise Cooperation

在现有基础上,通过完善条件设施,建设高水平师资队伍,构建"四位一体"实践教学体系,实施"四个结合"实践教学模式,改革运行管理机制,形成校企联合培养人才的新模式和新机制,湖南科技大学-中盐株化校企合作人才培养示范基地将成为培养高素质应用型专门人才的省级示范基地。

Under the existing foundation,the condition facilities were improved. The high level teachers were constructed. The ＂ four in one＂ practical teaching system was developed. The ＂ four combination＂ practical teaching mode was implemented. The operation management mechanism was reformed. The new model and mechanism of talent training were formed on school and enterprise cooperation. Therefore,the talent training demonstrative base on Hunan University of Science and Technology and Hunan Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group Co. Ltd.- CNSIC will become a provincial demonstrative base to culture high quality applied talents.
