摘要
在分析金属相图绘制实验的设备的基础上,对其中作用很大的测温元件进行了比较和分析。通过选用合适的热电偶,在相同条件下和原有设备的热电阻测温进行了对比实验,实验结果表明,两者的测试结果可以相比较。而采用热电偶作为测温元件,则可以把热电偶的制备和温度校正等实验结合起来,更具有协同效应,有利于学生对知识的认识和理解。
The characteristics of temperature measurement devices were compared and analyzed based on the analysis of metallic phase diagram experiment equipment. Contrast experiment was carried between the appropriate thermocouple and thermal resistance under the same conditions. The results showed that both the test can be compared. Using thermocouples as temperature measurement devices,we can combine other experiments such as the thermocouple preparation and temperature correction,the synergistic effect will benefit to the students' understanding of knowledge.
