中国人群中FGFR4基因多态性与冠状动脉疾病的关系探讨

摘要 目的探讨FGFR4基因多态性与冠状动脉疾病关系。方法检索Pubmed、Embase和CNKI数据库,时间从1991年1月至2014年11月的已发表文献。最终纳入3篇中国的病例对照研究。结果显示FGFR4基因中rs145302848和rs641101位点基因多态性与CAD发病风险无显著相关性。rs192201146GA基因型和rs188755817CG基因型是CAD的危险因素,增加了CAD的发病风险。rs3511855位点基因型中GA和AA是CAD的保护因素,可以降低CAD的发病风险。rs147603016基因位点多态性中GA基因型也是CAD的保护因素,可以降低CAD的发病风险。结论中国人群中FGFR4基因多态性与冠状动脉疾病相关。
