我国外贸出口企业的跨境电商之路

Study on the Cross-border EC of China's Foreign Trade Export Enterprises

近年来,跨境电商在政府的大力支持下迅猛发展,逐步成为传统外贸出口企业转型升级的重要途径。分析我国外贸出口企业在发展跨境电商的道路上存在意识淡薄、信息化低、产品同质化、人才短缺、物流渠道限制等问题,提出了转换思维,善于借势发展;科学制定电商规划,强化大数据应用;注重创新发展,构筑区域品牌;"引、留、培"结合,建立稳固的人才队伍;创新物流模式,合理选择跨境物流渠道等对策。

In recent years, cross-border EC grew rapidly in the strong support of government policies, and gradually became an important way for the transformation and upgrading of traditional export enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems existed in the development of cross-border e-commerce on the road of China＇s export enterprise： Consciousness, low informatization, high product homogeneity, talent shortage, constraint of logistics. It proposes that the enterprises should change their thinking, be good at taking advantage of development; formulate business planning, strengthen the application of big data; focus on innovation, build regional brand; combine ＂attract, retain, cultivation＂ to build a solid work team; innovate logistics mode, and choose reasonable cross-border EC logistics channel.
