摘要
基于2003年~2012年面板数据,运用超效率DEA模型测算了中部各省份环境约束下的全要素能源效率,比较得出了山西省的节能潜力,并在此基础上运用Tobit模型分析了山西省能源效率的主要影响因素。结果显示:2003年~2012年间,山西省环境约束下的全要素能源效率呈现"U"型变动趋势。其中,能源价格、产业结构、政府影响力对提升山西省能源效率具有正向影响,能源消费结构、技术进步对提升山西省能源效率具有负向影响。
Based on the panel data from 2003 to 2012, this paper uses super efficiency DEA model to calculate the total factor energy efficiency from the environmental constraint in central provinces, and obtains the energy saving potential in Shanxi Province by comparison, based on which uses Tobit model to analyze the main influencing factor on Shanxi energy efficiency. The results indicate that within 2003-2012, there exist "U type" variation trend in the total factor energy efficiency within Shanxi environmental constraints. The energy price, industrial structure and governmental influence factor have positive influence to enhance Shanxi energy efficiency, while the energy consumption structure and technology progress have negative impact.
