偏头痛的中西医治疗研究进展 被引量：20

摘要 偏头疼属于临床常见的多发疾病,依据相关国际头痛协会（HIS）疾病的分类标准,将偏头痛分成有先兆的偏头痛（MA）及无先兆的偏头痛（MO）[1]。MA主要表现为搏动性、单侧头痛,伴呕吐、恶心、畏光、畏声等,并于偏头痛的病发前出现构音障碍、视野缺损,一侧发生轻偏瘫,四肢、面部末梢麻木感等先兆性的神经系统相关症状。而MO单纯表现为中重度搏动性单侧头痛,伴呕吐、恶心、畏声光等临床症状,
