氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂168例分析

Analysis on Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Therapy for 168 Cases with Hypertension and High Cholesterol

目的:探讨氨氯地平片合用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂的临床效果。方法:选取2012年5月-2015年5月168例高血压合并高血脂患者,按照硬币分组法把168例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组84例。患者入院后均进行常规治疗,对照组常规治疗的基础上使用氨氯地平片,观察组氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组高血压治疗有效率为99%,对照组为77%,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(字2=19.526,P<0.05);观察组高血脂治疗有效率为97%,对照组为75%,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(字2=20.056,P<0.05)。结论:对高血压合并高血脂患者实施氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗可将患者血压、血脂最大限度稳定到正常水平,在临床运用中效果确切。

Objective：To investigate the combination of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium therapy clinical hypertension and high cholesterol effect.Method： From May 2012 to May 2015 168 patients with hypertension and high cholesterol were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 84 cases in each group. All the patients accepted regular treatment, the control group accepted amlodipine treatment, the observation group did amlodipine joint atorvastatin calcium therapy, therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Result：The hypertension effective rate of the observation group was 99%, that of the control group was 77%, the difference was statistically significant （ χ2=19.526,P〈0.05）. The high blood cholesterol effective rate of the observation group was 97%, that of the control group was 75%, the difference was statistically significant （ χ2=20.256,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Patients with hypertension and high cholesterol joint implementation of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium therapy may be blood pressure, lipid stabilized to normal levels, the exact effect in clinical use.
