重复输尿管伴输尿管异位开口畸形2例报告

Report of 2 Cases with Duplication of Ureter with Ectopic Opening of Ureter

目的:分析重复输尿管伴输尿管异位开口的位置、影像学特点以及发育畸形的不同类型,总结异位开口的诊断方法和治疗手段,为以后的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。方法:采用回顾性分析法对本院接收的2例重复输尿管伴输尿管异位开口畸形患者的临床资料进行分析,采用输尿管及膀胱抗反流再植手术方法进行治疗。结果:患儿1手术成功,术后恢复良好,术前症状完全消失,患儿家属也非常满意。患者2手术也非常成功,术前症状全部消失,之后尿常规检查结果显示无尿路感染症状,B超、CT、IVU以及MRU等检查结果肾功能恢复正常,重复输尿管消失,囊肿部位消失。2例患者出院后的1年里通过电话随访均无复发,表明治疗效果明显,患者十分满意。结论:重复输尿管伴输尿管异位开口患者一般通过B超、CT等影像学检查都可以在术前确诊,采用输尿管及膀胱抗反流再植术的手术方法对重复输尿管伴输尿管异位开口畸形有显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the location,imaging features and different types of developmental malformation of the repeat ureter with ectopic ureter openings, summarize the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic opening, and provide a theoretical basis for future diagnosis and treatment.Method：The clinical data of 2 patients with repeat ureter with ectopic ureter openings were treated by the method of retrospective analysis, the clinical data were analyzed and the treatment of anti reflux surgery was performed.Result： Children 1 with surgery, postoperative recovery was good, the symptoms disappeared completely, the family was also very satisfied with the children.Patient 2 was also very successful operation, all the symptoms disappeared, after the routine examination showed no urinary tract infection symptoms, B ultrasound, IVU, MRU, CT, and other examination results showed that renal function returned to normal, duplication of ureter disappeared, the cyst disappeared. Two patients were followed up for a year after discharge had no recurrence. The results showed that the treatment effect was obvious and the patients were very satisfied.Conclusion：The clinical diagnosis of by ultrasonic and CT are the common method in the diagnosis of the patients with ectopic ureter,the operation method of the ureter with bladder anti reflux surgery has significant effect on the treatment.
