阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎效果评估

Effect of Azithromycin in Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的:评估阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年4月本院收治的120例小儿肺炎患者,将其按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组应用红霉素进行治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素进行治疗,两组均观察1个疗程,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.0%,明显高于对照组80.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率13.3%,低于对照组的83.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素用于治疗小儿肺炎,疗效显著,患儿不良反应小,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment for infantile pneumonia. Method： 120 infantile pneumonia patients were chosen from 2013 March to 2014 April in our hospital, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group contained 60 cases. The control group used erythromycin treatment, observation group used azithromycin treatment, the two groups were observed for one therapy session, and treatment effects were compared.Result： The total effectiveness of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 13.3%, which was lower than 83.3% of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance.Conclusion：Azithromycin is used to treat pediatric pneumonia, curative effect is distinct, adverse reactions in children with small, worth clinical promotion.
