摘要 利用循环伏安(CV)法制备L-半胱氨酸和Ni分层修饰电极,用扫描电镜和交流阻抗方法对分层修饰电极进行了表征。研究了修饰电极上黄岑苷的电化学行为,建立了差分脉冲伏安(DPV)法测定黄岑苷的新方法。结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,用DPV法测定时,峰电流与黄岑苷浓度在5.0×10-7~1.0×10-5 mol/L和1.0×10-5~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7 mol/L。该方法可用于药品中黄岑苷的测定。 Nickel and L-cysteine layered modified electrode was fabricated by cyclic voltammetry and characterized by impedance spectrum and SEM.The electrochemical behavior of baicalin was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry on the modified electrode,and a method was therefore developed for the determination of baicalin.The experimental results showed that under the optimized conditions,the striping peak current of baicalin was proportional to its concentration over the range of5.0×10^-7-1.0×10^-5 mol/L and 1.0×10^-5-1.0×10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.0×10^-7 mol/L.The method has been applied to the determination of baicalin in the drug with satisfactory results.
