摘要
荧光素能发出强的荧光,但在碱性介质中,Fenton体系产生的·OH能迅速氧化荧光素使其荧光猝灭。加入抗氧化剂,可清除部分·OH,从而使荧光猝灭程度降低,荧光猝灭降低的程度与加入抗氧化剂的量具有量效关系,据此建立了一种测定中草药抗氧化活性的新方法。应用该方法测定了9种常见中草药的抗氧化性,其中甘草、菊花、金银花、葛根和山楂抗氧化性较强。
Fluorescein can produce strong fluorescenc,but in the alkaline medium,the fluorescence of fluorescein can be quenched by the hydroxyl free radical produced with Fenton system.The quenching effect can be alleviated by adding antioxidant which can clean the hydroxyl free radical in part.The degree of quenching is quantitativly related with the amount of antioxidant,thus a new method for detecting antioxidant activity of Chinese herbs was established.The antioxidative activities of 9Chinese herbs were detected by this method,and the results showed that licorice,chrysanthemum,honeysuckle flower,radix puerariae and hawthorn possessed stronger antioxidant activity.
