多维振动对金属液充型影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究金属液在多维振动条件下的充型过程,采用离散元法(DEM)对其充型过程进行了近似的数值模拟。振动参数依照正交试验法设计,并借助EDEM离散元软件对各组合方案进行了数值模拟,得到了瞬时充型状态及各试验指标对充型时间影响的显著性。在设计的多维振动铸造机上使用最优组合参数进行了试铸试验,结果表明,多维振动有助于提高金属液的充型能力。 In order to study the filling process of liquid metal under the multi-dimensional vibration condition, the approximate numerical simulation of the filling process was performed by using the discrete element method (DEM). Vibration parameters were designed according to the orthogonal experimental method. The various combination scheme was numerically simulated by using EDEM discrete element software. The instantaneous state of filling and conspicuousness of influence of each experimental index on filling time were gotten. Trial casting used the optimal combination parameters was performed on multi-dimensional vibration casting machine. The results show that multi-dimensional vibration helps to improve the filling capacity of molten metal.
