摘要
针对小方坯连铸机的工艺特点与控制要求,采用PID控制理论设计了一种小方坯连铸机二冷水控制方案,并分析了实现过程中的电动调节阀控制、冷水流量控制模型、温度反馈控制及去除干扰的方法。实践表明,控制方案与实现方法切实可行,控制准确,为提高二冷水控制工艺水平提供借鉴。
In view of technological characteristics and control requirements of small billet caster, the small billet caster secondary cooling water control scheme was designed by PID control theory, and the electric regulating valve, the cold water flow control model, temperature feedback control and removing interference method were analyzed. The practice shows that the control scheme and implementation method is feasible, the control is precise, which can provide references for the improvement of secondary cooling water control technology level.
