摘要
为了提高风电轮毂内腔树脂砂的清理效率,并降低能耗,根据轮毂生产实际情况及其铸造工艺特点,设计了简单实效的专用工装。基于专用工装的清砂作业特点,优化其切割刃形状,使其顶部能有效切割轮毂内腔心部树脂砂。合理设计底盘,避免其在作业时被轮毂内腔树脂砂夹住卡死的现象,研究优化出了最佳清砂专用工装设计方案。结果表明,切割刃为双曲线形的专用工装为清砂效率最高且结构简单的专用工装。
In order to improve the resin sand of WTGS (wind turbine generator system) hub inner cavity cleaning efficiency, and reduce the energy consumption, according to the actual production circumstance and casting process of WTGS hub, a simple and effective special equipment was designed. Based on operating features of the special equipment, the curing blades shape was optimized, so resin sand can effectively be cut in WTGS hub inner cavity centerat its top. The chassis of special equipment in reason was designed, to avoid it held by resin sand in WTGS hub inner cavity when it working, and the best design scheme of the special equipment was studied and optimized. The results show that using the special equipment which curing blades are in the shape of hyperbola can be most efficient to remove sand in hub inner cavity.
