摘要
为了提高铅青铜和45钢双金属铸件的结合强度,在深入研究老旧生产方法基础上,从钢背的表面处理、内表面形状及高温预热三个方面改进了工艺,提高了结合性能、简化了铸造过程。剪切强度测试可以达到131.8 MPa。新工艺不仅适用于柱状、管状造型铸件,还可推广到板材、带材的生产制造工序中。
In order to improve the bonding strength of lead bronze and 45 steel bimetal casting, on the basis of in-depth study of old production method, the technology was improved from three aspects (the processing, inner surface shape and high temperature preheating) of the steel matrix, the bonding performance was improved, and the process of casting was simplified. Shear strength test can reach 131.8 MPa. The new technology is not only suitable for cylindrical or tubular shape castings, can also be extended to the manufacturing process of sheet and strip.
