超高强钢热拉深过程数值分析

摘要 在超高强钢热拉深过程中,凸缘部分温度下降过快会导致材料流动困难从而降低拉深极限。利用有限元软件Dynaform对22Mn B5钢圆筒形拉深件进行了分析,发现压边圈的形状对板料的成形性能有很大影响。使用带有一定倾斜角的压边圈可以有效地减小凸缘部分的降温速率,提高拉深极限。该结果对热冲压成形能提供理论参考。 In the hot deep drawing process of ultrahigh strength steel, the rapid drop in temperature of the flange part will cause difficulties of the material flow so as to reduce the drawing limit. 22MnB5 steel cylindrical drawing parts were analyzed by using finite element software Dynaform. It is found that the shape of blank holder has a great influence on the formability of sheet metal. Using a beveled blank holder with a certain angle can effectively reduce the cooling rate of the flange portion, which improves the drawing limits. The results can provide a theoretical reference for hot stamping forming.
