摘要 金属粉芯型药芯焊丝的电弧特性严重影响着熔滴过渡及飞溅。本文利用高速摄像机对焊接过程的熔滴过渡进行了拍摄,分析了金属粉芯型药芯焊丝熔滴过渡类型随焊接参数的变化规律、熔滴过渡机理、飞溅特征等。分析表明:随着焊接参数逐渐增加,焊丝熔滴过渡类型依次为:短路过渡、排斥过渡、颗粒过渡,其中颗粒过渡频率较高,电弧稳定性较好,是金属粉芯型药芯焊丝的理想过渡模式;金属粉芯型药芯焊丝焊接飞溅类型主要有:气泡放出型飞溅、电弧力飞溅、爆炸飞溅、熔池飞溅。 Weld spatter and metal transfer are badly influenced by characteristics of welding arc of metal powder core flux-cored wire. The change rule of metal transfer and weld spatter about metal powder core flux-cored wire were studied by high-speed camera. The analysis results show tthat the forms of metal transfer including short circuiting transfer, repelled transfer, globular transfer along with parameters increasing, the transition frequency and stability of globular transfer are higher, which is the idedal mode of transfer. The patterns of the welding spatter includes bubble release spatter, explosion spatter, arc force spatter and melting pool spatter.
