热丝TIG堆焊Inconel625工艺参数优化及组织与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 堆焊工艺参数是影响焊缝成形质量与性能的重要因素。为了提高酸性气田节流阀的耐腐蚀性,采用热丝TIG在AISI 4130基体表面堆焊Inconel625,以堆焊层的高度和融合率为指标,运用正交试验法分析了工艺参数对焊缝成形质量的影响。借助显微镜、XRD、EDS以及显微硬度计对堆焊层的组织、物相、硬度进行了分析。试验结果表明:采用热丝TIG在AISI 4130表面堆焊Inconel625是可行的;优化后的工艺参数获得的焊缝无缺陷、与基体结合良好;堆焊层组织为柱状奥氏体,硬度分布比较均匀,约为230 HV,略低于基体硬度。 Processing parameters have important effects on the formation quality, microstructure and properties of the cladding layer. Incone1625 was clad on the substrate of AISI 4130 by hot-wire TIG to improve the corrosion resistance of the choke valve, which was used in acid gas field. Taking height and dilution rate of cladding layer as target, the orthogonal experiment method was adopted to analyze the quality of cladding layer. The microscope, XRD, EDS and hardness tester were applied to investigate the microstructure, phase and microhardness of the cladding layer. The results indicate that it is feasible to clad incone1625 on the substrate of AISI4130 by using hot-wire TIG. The weld bead obtained by optimized process parameters has no defects and bonds well with substrate.The microstructure of the cladding layer is composed of columnar austenite. The distribution of microhardness is uniform, which is about 230HV, slightly below the substrate.
