摘要
分别采用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)和原子荧光色谱法测定了4种海鲜调味品中的铜、铁、锌和硒4种对人体有益的微量元素。结果表明:4种海鲜调味品中都含有一定量的微量元素硒,且该测定方法简单易行,方便快捷,结果可靠。
Four trace elements,including Cu,Fe,Zn and Se in four seafood condiments are determined by FAAS and atomic fluorescence chromatography respectively.The result shows that these four seafood condiments all contain a certain amount of Se,and the determination method is simple, convenient and exact.
