Practice of poverty reduction of new socialist countryside construction in Tongren of Guizhou Province

贵州铜仁社会主义新农村建设水利扶贫试点是水利部定点扶贫、试点扶贫和行业扶贫"三位一体"水利扶贫的重要组成部分。10年来,铜仁水利扶贫试点获取了巨大成功,既有试点区自身的努力,更离不开国家政策的强力支撑和部、省的大力支持推进,是"两个积极性"充分发挥、有效结合的结果。从试点区基本做法、主要经验、重要启示三方面进行了分析思考,以期对其他类似贫困地区开展水利扶贫工作有所启发。

New socialist countryside construction in Tongren of Guizhou Province is selected as one of the typical areas, pilots and backbones of poverty reduction of the Ministry of Water Resources. In the past 10 years, great success has been realized in the pilot area thanks to the efforts of local people and strong support from central and local governments. The combination of participation of local people with strong leadership of government agencies contributes to this achievement. A summary of practice, main experiences and lessons learned is made so that the other similar areas can take as reference.
