摘要
扶贫攻坚是当前党和国家工作大局的重要方面,水利扶贫作为扶贫攻坚的重要组成部分,应当成为当前扶贫工作的重点任务。通过对重庆市开县近年水利扶贫攻坚工作情况的调查和研究,分析了当前农村水利设施建设存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了全国农村水利事业发展的建议。
Being one of the important parts for poverty reduction in China, water-related poverty reduction is regarded as one of the key tasks of the Chinese Government. Research and studies have been carried out in recent years, in order to understand the actual situation of poverty reduction in Kai County and existed problems with water structure construction and management. Measures for making improvement are recommended accordingly.
