我国钢铁工业用水定额现状及问题探讨

钢铁工业是我国的高用水行业,目前钢铁工业粗放的节水管理模式尚未得到根本扭转。钢铁工业用水定额是节水管理、评价和考核的重要基础。在分析我国钢铁企业用水现状、主要生产工艺和用水结构情况的基础上,探讨了取水定额国家标准和用水定额地方标准的现状及存在问题,并提出了相关建议。

In China, iron and steel are water intensive industries and extensive use of water is common at present. Water use quota is a basic element for water-saving management, evaluation and performance evaluation. On the basis of analysis of current situation of water use, production technique and water use structures in China, problems with national and local standards for defining water use quota are discussed and followed by recommendations.
