摘要
介绍了既有线27t及以下轴重货车混编列车综合试验概况。研究分析了我国27t轴重重载通用货车与既有货车混编的典型特征,设计了5种典型混编方案及动力学测试方案。在测试的不同编组的制动全部工况和速度级运行工况内,所有被试车脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轴横向力均满足GB/T 5599—1985限度要求,并有一定的裕量;所有被试车横向、垂向运行平稳性指标均小于3.5,满足GB/T 5599—1985要求,属优级。表明27t轴重重载货车与既有货车混编列车具有优良的运行安全性。
The general conditions of the comprehensive testing for mixed trains with 27 tor less axle load on existing track are described.The typical features of marshalling general purpose heavy haul freight cars with 27 taxle load with existing freight cars in China are researched and analyzed.Five typical schemes of mixed marshalling and the dynamics measurement schemes are designed.Under all the working conditions of braking and within the speed level operation working conditions fordifferent marshalling in the test,the derailment coefficients,reduction rate of wheel load and the wheelset lateral force of the tested train all met requirements in GB/T 5599—1985,and there were certain margins;All the lateral and vertical ride comfort indexes of the tested train were less than 3.5and can meet requirements GB/T 5599-1985,being the excellent level.It shows that the mixed train of heavy haul freight cars with the axle load of 27 t marshaled with the existing freight cars achieved excellent operation safety.
