摘要 针对大轴重矿石车的结构、材料、制造要求等,研究了下侧板、侧墙、车体的制造工艺,掌握了成型模具压边圈设反变形、非封闭结构件加工艺梁以及长大薄板结构件拉伸焊接等工艺方法,为大轴重矿石车大批量生产提供了可靠的技术支持。 In view of the structure,material and manufacture requirements,etc.of the ore cars with heavy axle load,the manufacture technologies of the lower side plate,side wall and carbody are researched,such technological methods as providing deform resistance device for the blank holder of the mold,non-closure structure parts and technological sill as well as tensile welding of long and big thin plate structure parts are mastered.Reliable technical support has been provided for the batch production of ore cars with heavy axle load.
