第一鳃裂瘘管术后并发面瘫1例

One case of postoperative facial paralysis after first branchial fistula

患儿,男,13岁。主因左侧面部瘘口反复流脓2年于2015年7月收治入院。患儿母亲诉患儿自出生后左侧面部下方约下颌角附近即遗留圆形瘘口,触及无痛,无充血,无脓性分泌物溢出,未予诊治;2年前感冒后出现瘘口处溢脓,稍有疼痛,口服抗生素后症状缓解,近半年此症状发作频繁,为明确诊治来我院,以＂第一鳃裂瘘管＂诊断收入院。患儿自发病以来,无发热,瘘口周围稍有触痛,其余一般情况良好。

Pus overflow from patent′s fistula belew the left face near mandibular angle 2years agowith a little pain.Symptoms relieved after oral antibiotics.This symptom frequently occurred in the past six months.Postoperative facial paralysis occurred after surgery,and recovered after treatment.It was diagnosed as the postoperative facial paralysis after first branchial fistula surgery.
