摘要
目的评价海珠区"健康教育好讲师进校园"活动健康教育讲座主体课程效果,为探索学校健康教育新形式提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方式,随机抽取海珠区9所学校,评估学生健康教育讲座主体课程前后健康知识知晓率,对健康教育效果进行综合评价。结果开展健康教育主体课程前学生总健康知识知晓率为52.5%,课程后总知晓率为87.5%,总体提高了35.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=501.510,P<0.01)。其中,运动知识、合理膳食知识、视力保健知识、青春期保健知识、急救知识分别从干预前的80.1%,37.6%,71.9%,51.3%,46.3%提高到干预后的92.0%,67.0%,96.4%,93.6%,93.7%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为17.623,72.810,30.931,383.956,69.925)。结论海珠区"健康教育好讲师进校园"活动效果明显,在一定程度上满足了学校对健康教育课的需求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of subject course of "good lecturer of health education go to campus in Guan- gzhou" in Haizhu Distriet, and to provide reference for exploring new forms of school health education. Methods Questionnaire Random sampling method was used to select 9 schools" health education course,heal.th knowledge awareness rate before and after the course was assessed, by questionnaire the effect of health education curriculums was eomprehensively evaluated. Results Students" health knowledge awareness rate increased significantly with 52.5% before and 87.5% after the course the increased rate was 35.0%, the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 501.510, P〈0.01 ) .The rate of sports knowledge ( 80.1% ), proper dietary knowledge ( 37.6% ) , knowledge of vision health ( 71.9% ) , knowledge of adolescent health ( 51.3% ) , emergency knowledge( 46.3% ) increased to 92.0%, 67.0%, 96.4%, 93.6%, 93.7%, respectively, the differences were statistically significant (X2 = 17.623,72.810, 30.391,383.956,69.925). Conclusion The effect of "good lecturer of health education go to campus" activity in Haizhu District is obvious, the requirements for health education course in schools have been met in a certain extent.
