我国高三年级学生视力不良检出率的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the prevalence of poor eyesight among high school students in China

目的 系统评价我国高三年级学生视力不良检出情况,为开展视力不良相关预防与控制工作提供科学依据.方法 计算机检索CNKI,Wanfangdata,VIP,CBM和Pubmed数据库,查找2005-2014年间发表的高三学生视力不良相关文献,采用CMA V2软件进行Meta分析.结果 最终纳入30篇文献,共计115 218名受检高三学生.Meta分析结果显示：我国高三学生视力不良合并检出率为80.9％（95％ CI=78.4％ ～ 83.1％）.分层分析显示,高三学生视力不良检出率男、女生分别为79.6％和84.3％;东部、中部和西部地区分别为81.3％,85.3％和74.7％;城市、农村分别为82.9％和77.8％;轻度、中度和重度视力不良分别为8.8％,21.1％和48.1％;性别、研究地区、城乡、视力不良程度间差异均有统计学意义（x2值分别为174.118,310.818,72.877,2352.808,P值均＜0.01）.2001-2004年、2005-2008年和2009-2013年分别为76.1％,80.6％和82.8％,视力不良检出率有上升趋势（x2=293.24,P＜0.0I）.结论 我国高三学生视力不良检出率较高且有上升趋势,在性别、研究地区、城乡和视力不良程度间存在差异.

Objective To systematically evaluate the prevalence of poor eyesight among grade 12 students in high school in China, in order to provide evidence for poor eyesight prevention. Methods Searching Pubmed, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM database to collect studies which were published between 2005 and 2014 about the prevalence of poor eyesight among grade 12 students in high schools in China. Meta-analysis was carried out by software CMA V2. Result Thirty studies were selected with a total sample size of 115 218 senior students. The pooled prevalence of poor eyesight was 80.9% （95% CI= 78.4%-83.1% ）. Strati- fied analysis showed the following resuhs：79.6% and 84.3% for boys and girls, 81.3%, 85.3% and 74.7% for eastern, central and western region, 82.9% and 77.8% for urban and rural, 8.8%, 21.1% and 48.1% for mild, moderate and severe type. The preva- lence in gender, region, urban-rural, degree was of statistically significance（X2 = 174.118,310.818,72.877,2 352.808,P〈0.01）. The prevalence of poor eyesight among students in high school in the year of 2001-2004 （ 76.1% ）, 2005-2008 （80.6% ） and 2009 -2013 （82.8%） showed an increasing trend（X2= 293.24,P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The meta-analysis suggests a high prevalence of poor eyesight among students in high schools in China, especially among girls, central China and urban areas.
