摘要
建立了AA3连续流动注射分光光度法快速测定废水中挥发酚的方法。实验结果表明:该方法在0.0μg/L^100μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数r为1.0000,方法检出限为1.5μg/L,灵敏度高,准确度与精密度高,样品加标回收率在97.4%~101.8%内,分析速度快,安全,适合测定废水中挥发酚。
AA3 Flow Injection Analysis methods for the determination of Volatile Phenol in Waste water was established. Results showed linear range was 0.0μg/L-100μg/L, the correlation was 1.0000 and the detection limit was 1.5μg/L. The recovery range was 97.4%-101.8%. The method has good precision and accuracy, rapid, safe and can be suit to the determination of Volatile Phenol in Waste.
