Cultural Policy Research of University Libraries in United Kingdom——A Case Study of Bodleian Libraries of University of Oxford

摘要文章以牛津大学博德利图书馆为例,介绍了其文化政策,主要包括政策宗旨、馆藏的数字获取和保存、科研成果管理、文化展览、展览资助、重大会议以及公共活动、历史建筑物、出版物等八个方面。指出该馆践行文化政策采取的主要措施有:借助多种方式宣传图书馆文化政策、突出科研文化、注重服务文化、强调服务社区等。 Take Bodleian Libraries as example, this paper introduces its cultural policy, mainly including policy objectives; digital access to collections; Oxford University Research Archive; exhibitions; exhibition loans; events and public programmes; access to historic buildings and publications. The main measures taken by the library are： focusing on advocacy, highlighting research culture, emphazing service culture and community service and so on.
