摘要
分析轴承内圈大圆弧沟道传统切入法磨削存在的不足,提出一种磨削砂轮的复合修整方法。采用砂轮与金刚笔的复合运动完成对砂轮外形的修整,简化了机械机构,具有方便的粗调、微调功能;可磨削出网状纹理,提高了内圈大圆弧沟道的磨削精度。
The disadvantages of traditional infeed grinding method for large circular raceway of bearing inner rings are analyzed,and a compound dressing method is put forward for grinding grinding wheel. The dressing for grinding wheel is realized by using compound motion of grinding wheel and diamond pen. The mechanical structure is simplified,having convenient coarse and fine adjustment function. The grinding accuracy of large circular raceway of inner rings is improved by grinding out mesh texture.
