摘要
通过对大型M50钢制轴承滚道剥落失效的分析,确认滚道次表面存在显微组织变异。对比该轴承到寿件、库存成品套圈和加工锻件的显微组织,并结合锻件的锻造加工工艺过程,确认套圈存在锻造缺陷是导致轴承出现显微组织变异的原因,并采取了改进措施。
During analyzing spalling tailure of raceway for large size bearings made of steel M50, the microstructure change is tound on raceway subsurface. The microstructure of life - limit element of bearings, inventory" finished rings and machined forgings are compared. By combining with forging process for forgings, it is eonfirmed that the forging de- fect on rings is reasons for microstructure change, and the improvement measures are adopted.
