摘要
对高温渗碳轴承钢G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V渗碳时粗大及网状碳化物的成因及控制方法进行研究。结果表明:若渗碳时只形成粗大碳化物,可通过提高二次淬火温度或延长保温时间消除;若渗碳时形成网状碳化物,二次淬火时不能消除,必须在渗碳过程中进行扩散。
The causes and control methods are studied for coarse and network carbides during carburizing of bearing steel G13Cr4Mo4Ni4 V. The results show that the coarse carbides formed during carburization can be eliminated by raising secondary quenching temperature or extending holding time,the network carbides formed during carburization must be diffused in carburizing process,which can not be eliminated in secondary quenching process.
