摘要 镉是一种能够经由粮食进入人体,并对人体健康造成严重威胁的重金属。近年来,由于粮食中镉超标事件频繁发生,严重影响人类健康,亟需建立有效去除污染粮食中镉的方法。综述了镉在稻米、小麦、花生和大豆等粮食中的分布及其消减技术,并展望了其发展方向,以期为粮食中镉的有效去除提供科学依据及思路。 Cadmium (Cd) is a heavy metal which can enter the body through the grain and pose a serious threat to human health. In recent years, as the events of Cd enriched grain have occurred frequently, which brought great harm to human health, it is urgent to establish effective methods to remove the cadmium in polluted grain. In order to provide scientific basis and ideas for the removal of cadmium in grain, the distribution and removal techniques of cadmium in rice, wheat, peanut and soybean were summarized and the development trends were prospected.
