不同饲用乳化剂对吉富罗非鱼生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 比较饲料中适量添加表面活性素、胆汁酸对吉富罗非鱼生长性能和肠道消化酶活性的影响。将240尾平均质量为(2.00±0.05)g的吉富罗非鱼,随机分为3个组,即对照组、表面活性素组和胆汁酸组,每个组4个重复,每个重复20尾鱼,试验期为56d。与对照组相比,饲料中分别添加50mg/kg表面活性素、300mg/kg的胆汁酸显著提高了吉富罗非鱼的终末体重、增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率,显著降低了饵料系数,显著提高了脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性,对肠道淀粉酶无显著影响;表面活性素组和胆汁酸组吉富罗非鱼的生长性能指标和肠道消化酶活性无显著差异。表明饲料中适量添加表面活性素或胆汁酸对吉富罗非鱼促生长效果类似。 The effects of surfactin and bile acid on growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of tilapia were compared. 240 tilapia with the average mass of (2.00±0.05) g was randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, surfactin group and bile acid group, each group was 4 repeats, each repeat of 20 fish, the test period was 56 d. Compared with the control group, surfactin of 50 mg/kg and bile acids of 300 mg/kg were added to the diet, and they significantly increased the weight, weight gain, specific growth rate and protein efficiency of the tilapia, and significantly decreased the feed coefficient, increased the activity of lipase and protease, and had no significant effect on intestinal amylase;there were no significant differences between the growth performance and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of surfactin and bile acid group. The results showed that the growth-promoting effects of adding surfactin or bile acid in the feed were similar.
